Remarks:
- Upon completing the registration online, the participant is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of the event, the official rules as stipulated and to those that may be later introduced by the organizer.
- Participants should be aware of and understand the risks involved in taking part in his/her walk, and acknowledge the level of fitness required to take part therein. It is the sole responsibility of a participant to ensure that he/she is physically fit to participate in and complete his/her walk without any medical or other assistance. The physical fitness and safety of the participating children must also be ensured by their parents/guardians (over 18 years-old). Rest is advised for any discomfort. Activity should be stopped in inclement weather conditions and for safety reasons.
- Children must be accompanied by their parents/guardians (over 18 years-old). As advised, each child should be taken care by one parent/guardian during the activities. The organizer reserves its right to terminate the participation of the unaccompanied children.
- Participation in the Event is voluntary and at the own risk of participants. Participants are responsible to arrange their own insurance cover. Each participant agrees to absolve the organizer from all liabilities arising from bodily injuries, accidents, death or other losses during or caused by the event.
- The Organizer reserves the right to close the registration any time (whether before or after the registration deadline specified) without prior notification.
- In the event of any dispute, organizing committee reserves all rights of final decision.

I agree that any event footage and photos they uploaded social media platform of CityU, will be used by the organizer during and after the event without prior notification.
